CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), founded in 1987, is the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. Their research produces the largest, most comprehensive database of commercial real estate information. CoStar engaged me as a hands-on design director to help reimagine their flagship product.
Design Goal
Re-think a suite of online services to enable clients to better analyze, interpret and gain insight on commercial property values, market conditions and availability. We created a grid-based, modular design to serve as the baseline for new CoStar products.
